- Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

After your order has been shipped, delivery is estimated to take:
- 10 to 21 business days depending on your location.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or courier disruptions.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order size.
- Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
4. Shipping Notifications
- Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking information (if available).

5. Undeliverable or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed or marked as undeliverable:
- Please notify us at contact@sonderbrands.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
- If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date for lost orders.
- For damaged shipments, email us with photos of the damage at contact@sonderbrands.com.
- We will provide a replacement product at no additional cost once the issue is verified.
7. International Shipping
- We ship worldwide, but delivery times may vary depending on the destination country’s customs procedures and postal service.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.
8. Return to Sender
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect:
- We will notify you and provide options for reshipping.
- Reshipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
